Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout.
Order acceptance
Your order becomes a binding contract only when we email you an order confirmation. If a listed item is unavailable we will contact you and refund the affected amount in full.
Product descriptions
We take care to photograph and describe every piece accurately. Small variations in colour and finish are normal on hand-finished products and are described plainly in each listing.
Intellectual property
All content on Enerzyo.shop — photography, product descriptions, and copy — is the property of Enerzyo.shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any dispute subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
