Returns & refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email Support@enerzyo.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one working day with a return address and instructions.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 1–3 days to appear.
Damaged or faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you.
